To pre-order, Check out sneaker description and we’ll guide you through the process to secure the item and place your order.

NOTE: Just adding items to your bag does not reserve them. You need to finish the checkout process to confirm your pre-order.

To confirm your preorder, kindly provide the following details:

  • Accurate Shoe Size
  • Specific Sneaker Picture or Link
  • Email

Pre-order Payment procedure


To secure your preorder, an advance payment of 50% is necessary. The remaining balance can be settled conveniently upon delivery. This ensures your reservation is confirmed, and the transaction is completed smoothly.

At this moment, we accept payments via bKash, Bank Transfer, and Cash to facilitate your preorder. Please choose the payment method that suits you best.

NOTE: When using bKash, please include your full name in the payment reference to ensure smooth processing. If you opt for bank transfer, simply take a screenshot of the payment and send us a direct message on our social media platform.

Shipping Details

Typically, pre-orders are fulfilled within 20-25 days after we dispatch the entire shipment from our warehouse. However, Customs clearance can increase the delivery time if our shipment is held up by customs officials.

For local deliveries within Bangladesh, you can expect your order to arrive within 24-72 hours from the time it’s dispatched. During special occasions or peak periods, such as holidays or festivals, delivery times may be extended beyond the usual 24-72 hours.

You will receive a tracking code on the same night that your order is dispatched. This code will allow you to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status.

Refund & Exchange


We accept exchanges for stock products only, provided that the shoe is in its original state. This means that the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. If upon receiving your purchase, you notice any discrepancies, damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact us immediately while the delivery person is still at your door.

We offer refunds under specific circumstances, including if we fail to provide the sneaker in the size you requested, if the wrong sneaker is delivered, if the sneaker is damaged upon receipt, or if your sneaker is lost during shipping. If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us immediately.

NOTE: Please note that any signs of wear or removal of parts will result in refusal of your refund.
